The Avonic CM70 and CM90 series cameras are designed to consume very little power in stand-by mode. To achieve this, some features within the camera are completely shut-down by default, one of which is the LAN port.

We've released the "Low Power Mode" feature/option for those requiring the camera to be powered on over IP but previously this Low Power Mode option has to be disabled first in the webGUI of the camera by navigating to the System --> P/T/Z menu as shown below.

* It is also possible to disable it by HTTP API command or by VISCA serial/IP command, see commands in the camera user manual

Low Power Mode

* Note that if the camera cannot be booted up through Visca over IP because the Low Power mode is active, the camera can be turned back on only by using the physical switch on the back or by using the remote control or by powering on the camera via a command sent on a serial connection
