If your CM22 microphone is not working check first that it is well recognized as "microphone(HD camera)" in the audio section of your video conferencing software, here are some examples : 


- Skype:


- Zoom:



If not, open the OSD menu (by pressing the MENU button on the IR remote control of your CM22) and go to Setting > Uvc EXT Setting to set the 'Audio Enable' setting to "ON", the camera will reboot with the new setting (now the microphone should appear as as "microphone(HD camera)" in the audio section of your video conferencing software)




* Note that the CM22 is compatible with the Barco Clickshare systems (CX-20, CX-30, CX-50) but these ones are not able to make use of the built-in microphone, see the official information on the Barco website ("For cameras that also expose a microphone without exposing a speakerphone, only the camera functionaty will be used by the system")
