Prerequisites:
- a CM93 camera
- an active LC90-1 tracking license
As this Conference Tracking mode is internal preset based, you have to define per preset whether you would like to use the Conference Tracking or not.
Things to keep in mind:
- The zoom function is not active for this tracking mode (i.e. the zoom level as defined in the preset, will be maintained)
- The Body Position is not used as the zoom function is disabled.
- The Tracking Limits are not active.
- The tracking speed (Pan Tilt movement) only uses its lowest possible setting. This tracking mode is deisgned to keep a delegate during a conference in the frame if he or she moves around while speaking.
- If a tracked person is lost for whatever reason during tracking, the camera will return to the original preset position that was last used.
1. Navigate to Tracking mode
Open the webinterface of the camera using an incognito browser window and navigate to the 'Tracking' tab. Select the Conference mode.
2. Define the delegate presets
The next step is to define and save the presets to be used for all possible speakers and whether or not you would like the Conference Tracking to be active for a given preset. As with normal presets, you can define the zoom level and whether or not the autofocus needs to be active.
3. Test the presets.
Activate the preset and check the behaviour.
