There are two ways to reset the CM22 camera back to its factory defaults :

1- From the IR remote controller 

2- From the On-Screen Display (OSD) of the camera


1- From the IR remote controller:

The following key combinations on the IR Remote Controller will restore the camera back to its factory defaults: 

[*] →  [#] →  [6] 

(On your IR remote controller, press *, release, then press #, release, then press 6, release)  



2- From the On-Screen Display (OSD) of the camera:

Open the OSD Menu on a monitor by pressing the MENU button on the IR remote controller (the OSD Menu is visible on both USB and HDMI camera outputs), and then navigate to the last option "Restore Default", then press the HOME button to confirm:

Select the "Yes" option (if necessary use the UP/DOWN arrows to move your selector), then press the HOME button to confirm.

The camera will take only few seconds to get back to its factory defaults.
