The CM93 can be used as a high-resolution USB camera, but this won't work out of the box. To achieve this, you need to change a setting in the camera's OSD.

Out of the box, connected over USB, you might notice the camera gives this image when you open the Windows Camera app, or access the camera through an application such as Zoom or Teams:

To fix this, use the included remote control, press the "MENU" button to bring up the OSD below. Then, press "Setup" -> Navigate down to "Slave Stream Output" -> press right to switch from "Network Stream" to "USB Stream," and press the Home button on the remote to accept and reboot. That's it! Now your CM93 will work as a USB camera.
